If you wish to join the Dairy Sector Climate Change Levy
Agreement please download the three documents below (either
Word 97 or PDF formats):
Once the DEFRA Eligibility form and the DES Application
form have been returned to DES we will then check the Eligibility
form and forward it onto DEFRA and process the data contained
within the Application form to calculate a 10 year energy
saving target for the facility (site). We will then
seek approval for this target from DEFRA before drawing up
two copies of the Underlying agreement for the facility.
Once the Underlying agreements has been signed by yourselves
and returned to us, they will be passed onto DEFRA.
After DEFRA have signed the agreements they will instruct
HM Customs & Excise that your facility should now be part
of the Dairy Sector Climate Change Levy Agreement. At
this point your facility is eligible to receive the levy rebate.
