Who Can Join the Dairy UK Agreement?
The Dairy UK agreement is open to any company processing
milk or manufacturing dairy products in England, Wales, Scotland
or Northern Ireland.
There is no requirement to be a member of Dairy UK to be
eligible to join the Dairy UK agreement.
What Happens if I do Not Join the Dairy UK Agreement?
You are perfectly entitled not to join the Agreement.
In this case as from 1 April 2001 your company will have been
paying the full rate climate change levy.
Is there a Minnimum Size Requirement?
No, climate change levy will apply to all dairy companies
regardless of size. The Dairy UK agreement is open to
all.
